You get direct, specific feedback from 27 years in the studio and on stage: production, arranging, keys, sound design, Pro Tools, and MainStage. Send your questions or files ahead of time so we make the most of the hour.
Cancellation Policy
**Kervin Lebrón · Coaching Session Terms** By booking a Strategy Session or Deep Dive Session with Kervin Lebrón, you agree to the following terms: **1. Booking, Cancellation, and Rescheduling** a. Full payment through kervinlebron.com is required to reserve your session. b. You can cancel online up to 48 hours before your session for a full refund. Within 48 hours of the session, payments are non-refundable. c. To reschedule, write to kervin@kervinlebron.com at least 48 hours before your session. **2. Duration** a. Strategy Session: 60 minutes. Deep Dive Session: 2 hours. b. Additional time, if available, is billed separately. **3. Session Content** a. Personalized guidance on production, arranging, keys, sound design, and studio or live workflow. b. Please send your questions, files, or goals ahead of time. **4. Technology** a. Sessions take place on Zoom. b. You're responsible for a stable internet connection and working audio and video. **5. Confidentiality** Your information and materials stay confidential and are not shared without your consent. **6. Conduct** Professional, respectful communication is expected. Kervin Lebrón may end a session in case of inappropriate behavior. **7. Changes by Kervin Lebrón** In case of unforeseen circumstances, your session may be rescheduled.
